Our menu will feature familiar dishes such as “humba” braised pork ribs, famous pulled chicken adobo , our delectable lechon kawali (baked- fried pork belly), beef, pork or goat stews; such as caldereta, mechado, afritada, and menudo, but maintaining the filipino palate in flavor and spice.
