Do not spend your money at this shop! I recently daughter their advice for a custom build ~ I spoke with them about the sort of bike I was wanting and they then told me the parts to buy, I purchased them then dropped them off to have it built ~ I'm later finding out that the parts are all wrong and they have jammed it all together to temporarily work. What could have been a reconcilable situation was made redundant as they never communicated the parts were wrong. 100% do not go here, go to any one of the amazing other bike stores in BK

      Great shop. Solid selection.
      Zero bike snob vibe.
These guys are easy to talk to, and have fixed several items on my bike. Handlebar tape, jammed chain, you name it, these guys can fix it.

I bought a brand new, nearly $2K bike. This bike was tuned by only 1 bike shop...Fulton Bikes. Since then, I've had nothing but issues, most of which I've fixed by watching YouTube vids. One issue I couldn't fix had to do with my front derailleur. I took it to the shop figuring it would be a simple fix. Little did I know that the incompetent person whom I handed the bike over to would end up doing more damage to it than fixing it. Now instead of having a fixed derailleur with smooth shifting, I have a broken front shifter as well as the right crank arm rubbing against the derailleur. When I bought this to the manager, I was told it was a "warranty issue" and that I needed to contact the manufacturer.

Needless to say, that was officially the last time that I or any of my friends will ever come back to this poor excuse of a shop. Customer service there used to be great but they suck now. When I asked the incompetent guy, who "fixed" my bike why it was broken, his response to me was "uhhh I don't know." By his own admission, he told me that it came to him with the front shifter in good working order. Now I have to go through the manufacturer and get this fixed?

Stay away people, especially if you have an expensive bike. These guys are reckless with the handling of your bike, will break and then say "I don't know what happened to it." Read some of the other reviews, this shop sucks. I'll never come back here again.

I'm going to start off by saying that this business will never get my money. I was walking down the street and a man stop me and asks for $0.22. Yes 22 cents. He proceeds to tell me that he is trying to get his bike out of this shop but they would not let him have it because he was short $0.22. I could g believe it. I went with him to the bike shop and it was in fact true. The gentleman's bill was $20.22. He paid out the money, I put a dollar on the counter and walked out of the door. A business that would deny his $20 payment because he was 22 cents short and would not let him have his bike, is not the type of business I would spend my money at. I understand that lógica of business, however this is a neighborhood establishment, be kind to your neighbors. This happened on 8/11/2022.

My SO had a repair done at the other location and a day later she's riding and there's a problem. We're right around the corner so we pop into this location and without even looking at it they're like "sorry lady, we can't help you here. You're gonna have to go to the other location."

Yes, the jerk actually made us walk 30 minutes on a cold snowy night to the other location for a fix that ended up taking less than 4 minutes to address. The staff at the second location apologized and said the jerk shouldn't have done that but the damage was done.

      Never again.

Pretty bad experience here. I dropped my bike off for the "complete" tune up and new bar tape installation. This was $190 in total (including the $30 bar tape). I come to pick my bike up 2 days later and recognize problems immediately; the front disc clicking, the bar tape installed sloppily and unevenly, the shifting lever is much harder to engage than before. Oh, and my saddle bag was missing (they forgot to put it back on).

I go back, grab my saddle bag, and tell them everything that's wrong. When I rode away the second time, all they fixed was the bar tape. I'm fixing my own bike at home as I write this after paying nearly $200 for new bar tape, a clean bike, and more problems than I came in with.

They turn your bike around quickly, but basically do nothing other than clean it. Nobody tested my bike until I was in the store waiting to pick up. Will not be returning.

Holy shit, these guys are quick with their turnaround. I literally dropped my bike off 3 hours ago and they texted me that it was ready! Professional and straight to the point. The prices are very reasonable with the work they do. My old beater was fixed up like new and brought me so much joy to ride again! I would recommend anyone who needs their bike fixed, it'll be in good hands!.

Super professional, thorough and friendly staff!! I've found my bike shop!! Shout out to Max and Kodai for making my visit seamless! I needed a part of my bicycled replaced and Max fixed it the same day. Clearly experts at what they do cause my bicycle rides even better than it did prior to needing the piece replaced. One of the employees held the door for me as I left the shop - a friendly little gesture but a demonstration of the top notch customer service! I'll for sure be back to support this shop!

If you're looking for a bike shop definitely go here! It's in a nice neighborhood located conveniently across a post office and easy to find. Besides the location the staff is top notch. They are very attentive, don't make you wait long to be serviced, and knowledgeable. These guys are awesome and each of them are different personality wise in their own way. I love that they know their stuff and breaks things down to you so that you can understand. Most importantly they are loads of fun and for the brief time I was there I felt welcomed. I was so sad when the bike shop down the street for me closed but now I found a new rat pack!
