I could not be more impressed by what the guys at royal carpet and rug cleaning have done with my carpet at my home. I just threw a pretty large house party everyone knows with parties comes messes spills and such my carpets were a mess from it all. I checked around yelp for great carpet cleaning businesses and I found you royal carpet and rug cleaning I contacted them and was greeted by a representative who catered to all my questions regarding the work that I needed done. When they arrived to my home they did an overview of the work they had ahead of them and within a few hours the work was done and I was very satisfied with the outcome of the job.

Worst company ever-BEWARE!!! These people are scammers! They came to my apartment and basically had no ability or machinery to clean onsite. After removing my rug they basically held it hostage and would not return until I paid them over $2700 (more than the rug cost). I have full receipts and pictures of the rug if anyone wants to see! And the kicker is - rug came back worse than it left!! BEWARE of these scammers- and check their Better Business Review!!

The folks at Royal Carpet & Rug Cleaning courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I've gotten to use them over the last few years. I always feel in very good hands with their cleaning. The people are friendly, and do their job well. I wouldn't trust my rugs with anybody else.

Amazing just amazing. I dropped off three area rugs (8x14 5x9 and a an a runner) one of which was very expensive wool from Switzerland to be cleaned. Not only did they come back fresh and clean they smelled great! The staff was very helpful and took great care with my wool rug. When I came to pick them up they were wrapped nicely an returned in a timely manner. Royal carpet cleaning team are my guys when I clean my rugs before the New Years party I throw each year. If you need clean carpets let them help you.

There is no company I would trust cleaning my carpets than Royal carpet & Rug cleaning. This company did an awesome job on the carpets that I had cleaned. The gentleman treated me with such respect and professionalism. They were careful in protecting the corners of the walls, the hardwood floors that they would be walking on to get to the carpets being cleaned. I didn't feel that I had to follow them around the house to make sure they were cleaning to my expectations. The techs worked so hard. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great quality service at amazing prices. Your rugs are an investment dont just trust them to anyone. Remember quality over everything.

Highly recommend this company! These guys are professionals. I had a wine stain on a priceless rug. They weren't only careful with compromising the rug's quality, but they were very careful with my hardwood floors and walls. Big thumbs up!

I recently contacted a friend inquiring about a company to clean my carpet and rugs in my house I was preparing for sale and he recommended royal carpet and rug cleaning so I took his word for it and contacted them. On the phone they were very attentive to my questions and concerns as well as worked with me to find a time that suited me where I could be around as they did their cleanings . When the day arrived for cleaning I was completely blown away by the person they sent out he was not only very respectful of my belongings around the house, he was very detail oriented made sure that I was satisfied with his work from the lighter colored rugs that took a beating from all the foot traffic to the darker colored carpets making them look brand new. I was overall more then satisfied with the service I received and will definitely refer my friends to them when they need carpet cleaning.

Repairing a fine oriental requires both skill and artistry. They have both. They did superb work. This was an expensive job, but worth every penny. The rug had been sitting in an attic for 33 years and now looks pristine again. My technician, Nick, was wonderful - incredibly knowledgable, helpful and nice. I would never use any other company.
