Great old school neighborhood compounding pharmacy with fabulous staff and pharmacists

Globe Drug Store looks so nice since they renovated. I love that it's not only a pharmacy but they have a little bit of everything even though it's a small business.Those in itself a rare these days! They really work hard to keep my business and I appreciate that. They are one of the only stores that you can go to for compounding medications. Whenever my pet is sick and I need something special prescribed by my vet somehow they always are there for me. It's also wonderful that it's a one stop shop for my medical equipment needs as well. They have a DME right next door ;It's so convenient!! I moved out of the immediate area & now they deliver my medication! I love everything about small businesses. I love the community aspect and try to give them my business over a lot of the impersonal services at chain stores!

Good Old fashioned service.

I have been using Globe pharmacy for 30+ years. I will never change no matter how far I am from them. They treat people with kindness and compassion. My medication is time sensitive and I have never had a problem. (Pick up or delivery). Mr. Cohen is a very sweet gentleman and his staff are incredible. If I could give a 10 I would.

Best pharmacy in town. I ditched CVS for them. They are efficient, deliver to your house/workplace next day, and when needed find a way to talk with your insurance to get meds early for vacations etc. They also carry all the meds I need including compounded.

I'd love if they had an electronic system that lets you know when to reorder, and also if they had a digital way of ordering. Something the owners should look into. Despite that, this is my fave pharmacy.

I recently purchased one box of 20 N95 face masks. They were charging $89.99 for 20 masks. I have underlying health conditions and need protection when I must go out. To take advantage of people during a global health pandemic is unconscionable. What a disgrace !!

Thanks a lot, staff at Globe! My cat has a heart problem and I was using an online pharmacy for her medication. THEY ALMOST KILLED HER! I took her to the doctor and it seems that was the only thing it could have been, something was wrong with her medication. I told him I would never use that place again and he suggested Globe. Well, they mixed and filled the prescription the same day as I was crying and it was an emergency, and my girl has been doing well ever since. They are so helpful. When I can't pick up they deliver. So, today I was sick and when the doctor asked where to send the prescription I said Globe. I was able to come home, make a little soup and get my medication delivered for no extra charge. After that trauma with Layla Cat, I am reluctant to use anyone else.

As a family we have been using global pharmacy for 35 plus years and will continue to use small business like global..All the ppl that have worked there have always been respectful and courteous..Great Job

This place is the WORST pharmacy in all of NYC. Unfortunately, this is the pharmacy that my doctor uses for compound prescriptions, but from now on I am going to REFUSE to use them. EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THEM THEY DELIVER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. They also don't apologize for getting it wrong every single time. Now I've been waitig a week for my prescription because of their incompetence and their number has been busy for the past hour. Don't they have more than one line??? I can't say ENOUGH bad things about them, they don't even deserve this one star but I couldn't post this if I didn't click on it.
